Crew Identification & Communication
For the safety and peace of mind of our clients, Sweet Pete’s Landscaping crew members arrive in company-branded shirts with our logo clearly visible. This helps homeowners easily identify our team on their property and ensures familiarity during scheduled service visits.
Unless otherwise requested, our crew will touch base with the homeowner at the start or completion of service to confirm access, review any notes, or address questions related to the work being performed. This allows us to maintain clear communication and provide consistent customer service.
Materials, Deposits & Large Project Billing
For routine residential maintenance, services are billed retroactively after work has been completed.
For larger residential landscaping projects that require significant materials—such as soil, rock, gravel, plants, turf, irrigation components, or hardscape materials—material costs may be billed in advance or as a deposit. This allows materials to be ordered, scheduled, and secured prior to installation.
Residential landscaping projects that extend beyond one week are billed using progress payments, based on completed phases of work and materials installed to date. Labor is billed as work is performed, not in advance.
All material requirements, deposits, progress payment schedules, and billing expectations are clearly outlined and approved before the project begins.
