Today, Sweet Pete’s Landscaping is co-owned and operated by Pete and Cindy, combining field expertise with organized business management to serve both residential and commercial clients.
As the company has grown, the business has evolved into a structured operation with licensed oversight, clear systems, and defined roles — allowing projects to be completed efficiently while maintaining consistency and accountability.
Pete oversees field operations and day-to-day job execution. He is a licensed ROC holder, providing regulatory compliance, accountability, and professional oversight on all projects. His background in hands-on landscaping ensures work is approached safely, practically, and with real-world experience.
Before starting Sweet Pete’s Landscaping, Pete worked for FedEx in a role that required extensive travel. While the work was steady, he ultimately chose to build a business that allowed him to stay rooted in Kingman — the community where he largely grew up — and invest his time and effort locally. His focus today is on field execution, quality workmanship, and making sure work is done right the first time.
Cindy oversees business operations, customer communication, scheduling, invoicing, project coordination, and internal systems. She holds a business degree in Human Resources and Business Management, as well as a degree in computer systems, providing the operational structure and technical foundation that support the company’s growth.
Her role ensures Sweet Pete’s Landscaping runs with clear processes, accurate documentation, and consistent communication — allowing field crews to focus on the work while clients receive dependable service and transparent billing.
